By visiting our website, registering, purchasing, enrolling, attending live sessions, or accessing recordings/materials, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Nirvana provides:

  • Online workshops and courses (live and/or recorded)
  • Digital learning materials (e.g., PDFs, guidebooks, worksheets)
  • Access to recordings where included
  • Learning support and community communication via email/WhatsApp where applicable
Note: We may use third-party platforms including Zoom, TagMango, AiSensy, Spurnow, and Pabbly to deliver our services. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Eligibility and User Responsibilities

To use our services, you must be at least 13 years old. By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not misuse our services or interfere with their operation
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure

Registration, Access, and Communication

After registration and payment confirmation, you will receive access details via email, WhatsApp, or SMS. This may include:

  • Meeting links for live sessions (Zoom)
  • Login credentials for course portals or recording platforms
  • Links to downloadable materials
Communication Consent: By providing your contact information, you consent to receive transactional communications (confirmations, reminders, updates) via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You may also receive marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time.

Payments

We accept payments through various secure payment processors including Stripe, Razorpay, Juspay, Paytm, Cashfree, and PayPal. By making a payment, you agree that:

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways
  • You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the selected service
  • Payment must be completed in full before access to the course or service is granted

Pricing and Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing for our services at any time. Pricing changes will apply prospectively and will not affect purchases already made. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time of your transaction.

Refunds, Cancellations, Transfers, and Rescheduling

Refunds, cancellations, transfers, and rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at

  • Digital products and services with immediate access may be non-refundable after purchase
  • If you miss a live session, you may access the recording (if included in your purchase) but are not entitled to a refund
  • If we reschedule a live session, you will be notified and given the option to attend the rescheduled session or request a refund
  • Transfers to another participant may be permitted with prior approval

Live Sessions, Recordings, and Access Duration

Live sessions are typically conducted via Zoom. Session recordings (where included) will be made available after the live session concludes. Recording access duration varies by course offering and may include:

  • 30 days from the date of the live session
  • 90 days from the date of the live session
  • 180 days from the date of the live session
  • 360 days from the date of the live session
  • Lifetime access (no expiration)
The specific access duration for your course will be clearly stated in the course description or purchase confirmation. If you are unsure, please contact our support team.

Community Guidelines and Conduct

We strive to maintain a respectful, supportive learning environment. You agree not to:

  • Post, share, or transmit abusive, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
  • Disrupt live sessions or community interactions
  • Share confidential or proprietary information without authorization
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with Nirvana
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines and may terminate access to our services without refund.

Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through Nirvana's services (including but not limited to course materials, videos, recordings, worksheets, and branding) are owned by Nirvana or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

  • Access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content in any way
  • Publicly perform, display, or transmit any of our materials without express written permission
